Kiyotaka Ishimaru
CANON DYNAMIC
The Head of Delinquents vs The Moral Compass. Mondo and Ishimaru can't be any more different than they already are. Needless to say, the two of them knock heads many times during their first few encounters in the Hope's Peak Academy, what with the two of them judging each other off the generalised impressions they had of each other. It didn't take long until the two had a heated argument that led to a battle ー a battle between two young men to show off their guts. Clearly, there was no other as befitting as a sauna endurance duel!

Despite starting with taunts and attempts to make the other give up, they ended up delving into a rather personal talk that helped them to understand the weight that each other is carrying. That marked a turning point in their relationship ー their rivalry melted and blossomed into a brotherhood in an instant, even making them disregard the result of their duel altogether. They were inseparable ever since, incredibly supportive of each other. However, there was still something that Mondo couldn't bring himself to share with his new soul brother just yet.

"Not now." "Next time." "Later."

And then it was too late.

WONDERLAND DYNAMIC
DR SPOILERS WITHIN!!
Their first encounter in Wonderland was a huge mess. Mondo finally shared the secret that he should've done back home and more, since Ishimaru came from an earlier timeline. But after the confession, Mondo immediately kept his distance from Ishimaru. Being incredibly wary and agitated about this whole new situation, he was deathly afraid of pulling the same move that he did on Fujisaki, and therefore this was his temporary bandaid for their at-the-verge-of-collapsing-friendship. Even so, learning that this world is by no means kind to them, it made it difficult for him to completely shut Ishimaru out in fear of his danger. And hence, he decided to keep his eye on the friend all the while avoiding him.

Time does actually resolve certain things sometimes. As he began finding a much more stable path to walk on in Wonderland, he understood that avoiding Ishimaru wouldn't solve any of his problems. He decided to have another talk with the guy, this time baring himself in entirety, but again, with a condition: he promised himself not to call Ishimaru "Kyoudai" so long as he couldn't be sure of himself yet. Ever since the talk, they slowly eased into spending time together again, nearly just like the old times. They're not at the perfect stage of their brotherhood yet, but they're paving their way to it in their own pace. The time when he would call Ishimaru with the fond nickname would probably come someday, but not just yet.

TRUST: Mondo trusts Ishimaru more than anyone else in Wonderland. Though Ishimaru's found out about the secrets and all the horrible things Mondo's done back home, his trust on him hasn't changed. Mondo can clearly see just how much the bro still cares for him. It's not at its max because Mondo and 100% trust doesn't go hand in hand. (Or more like he just refuses to acknowledge that.)

STRENGTH: From what Mondo's seen, Ishimaru may not have a strong endurance level nor an extraordinary ability to fight, but he's got a lot of guts and sometimes that's what really counts.

AFFECTION: Despite him denying their brothership in front of Ishimaru, Mondo knows and feels it strongly within him, and that they did manage to build a brotherhood overnight. His affection for Ishimaru has only increased from then, and that hasn't changed now.

DANGER: Ishimaru is in no way threatening, but Mondo's aware that the fact that he cares for him so much can cloud his judgments. What he doesn't realise, is that the hazard of that can be much higher.

ALLIANCE: Of course he'll assist the bro without any questions. Though honestly he'd rather Ishimaru not to be fighting alongside him and be under his protection instead. He's lost what mattered the him the most, he doesn't want to lose what's the most important to him now, even knowing that he can 'come back' as long as they're in Wonderland.

"I would kill for you."
Ishimaru's on his top priority list, so he'll pretty much do (almost) anything for him, as long as he can be convinced that it's for Ishimaru's sake, even if he needs to kill.

"You're my family."
The only person he can consider his family right now is Ishimaru, despite the withholding of 'Brother'.

"I would hug you or hold your hand."
He's keeping a distance from Ishimaru at the moment, but in foreseeable future, he will do it anytime needed.

"I respect you."
The foundation of their dynamics is respect. He respects Ishimaru like Ishimaru respects him. They acknowledge each other's guts and hardwork.

"I would rescue you or fight by your side."
He will, in a heartbeat.

"You are my friend."
Ishimaru's his first 'real' friend outside the biker gang, and thus matters a lot to him.

"I would let you hurt me."
He deserves it.

"I would like to get to know you better."
There are only so much they can share in a span of few days. Deep down, he'd like a chance for them to deepen their bond and spend more time together and learning new things from each other.

"You amuse me."
Ishimaru's diligence and earnest nature amuses him sometimes, his strange antics makes him laugh.

"You confuse me or I'm confused about you."
He doesn't get why Ishimaru can still be so insistent on trusting him.

"You frustrate or annoy me."
Ishimaru persistence and ideals really grate him sometimes. Get it, you dolt.

"I would physically or emotionally hurt you."
Only if it's for Ishimaru's own good. The main reason he begins to avoid Ishimaru is the fear of possibly physically hurting him.

Sayaka Maizono
CANON DYNAMIC
In canon, Maizono has never been seen talking to Mondo and vice versa, but they've been seen talking about each other behind the said person. Which, in Maizono's case, her opinions were: "What a splendid corncob!" "I don't know if Oowada-kun is a terrible person or a reliable one". And in Mondo's case: "She the real thing?!" Being incredibly different types of students, they've never had a particular reason to mingle with each other. The fact that Maizono is a country-wide popular idol makes it even harder for Mondo who has a hard time talking to girls in general to approach her. They acknowledge each other's presence, but that's about it.

1/4

Sayaka Maizono
WONDERLAND DYNAMIC
DR SPOILERS WITHIN!!
Mondo and Maizono's reunion started off on a terrible footing. Maizono, who was already in Wonderland months prior to Mondo, was shaken by his outburst upon seeing her, thinking that he was judging her for her past actions. On the other hand, Mondo who just came to Wonderland didn't know what the world was, thinking that this was the afterlife seeing her, who was supposed to be dead. Their talk following that didn't go all too well and left a sour taste, making it hard for him to approach her again, especially since they weren't even on talking terms in the first place.

When the dreamscape event came by, they managed to get the chance to spend some time together again, in which she got to see some of his memories. While what he felt towards her remained complicated (mostly covered by suspicion and distrust), he did sense that she might be more than what he felt initially. Still, he didn't pursue it and was too busy with his own matters to follow up and bother about it.

Wonderland was however, seemingly pretty generous in giving them chances to bond: petvember happened. Though at different timing and location, Mondo and Maizono managed to get themselves a pet respectively without them intending to, and their pets actually get along. Whenever the pets meet up, they would have some time to talk to each other. Due to that, Mondo's been able to learn a bit more about Maizono, and his initial suspicion towards her has dissolved considerably, especially knowing that she cares for Ishimaru very much. Their relationship is nothing that can be called 'good', but it's definitely better than what it was initially.

TRUST

ALLIANCE

TRUST: Knowing what Maizono's capable of, Mondo feels extremely ambivalent about trusting her.

STRENGTH: She may be able to craft some strategies, but he's more than sure that whatever it is he can overcome her in terms of strength.

AFFECTION: The fact that he knows her (and that she's cute...) gives her some cookie points, but not enough to really earn his affections.

DANGER: While he's confident he can overcome whatever plans she has against him (if ever) with his strength, she's been here long enough to network and have alliances with others. She seems well-liked by the residents around, so he'll have to be extra careful about that, in case of anything.

ALLIANCE: The idea of joining forces with someone you don't trust to cover your bases is tempting, but getting too close to her might also end up tripping him up, so nope.

TRUST: After finding out that Maizono's motivation in Wonderland too is driven by Ishimaru, Mondo's willing to give out a bit more of his trust to her. Still, it's not enough to be called plenty.

STRENGTH: Hasn't changed from the previous one.

AFFECTION: Right now they're bonding as 'partners' who agreed to work together to help Ishimaru to have a good life here and prepare him to return to the real life, where the future's waiting for him. But because of that, he doesn't really focus on her much even while they're interacting. In result, the affection he'd feel to a friend barely exists, and she's just getting some cookie points for genuinely wanting to be a help for Ishimaru at this point.

DANGER: Hasn't changed from the previous one.

ALLIANCE: Not in battles, but a definite one in helping Ishimaru out. He isn't putting 100% just because he's still wary.

"You confuse me or I'm confused about you."
Is it safe to trust her? Is she the same Maizono from back home? He has many questions about her that he might not even bother asking.

"You frighten or unsettle me."
Knowing of what Maizono is capable of, it's hard not to be wary of her.

"I would use or manipulate you."
He'd rather not, but if the situation calls for it and it's not on a big scale, maybe.

"I would physically or emotionally hurt you."
Depending on the situation. He's against violence against women, but he doesn't trust himself to have a control on his emotions.

"I would kill you."
But only if the situation calls for it, and if it's to protect what's important to him.

Sayaka Maizono

"I want nothing to do with you."
Mondo's gotten allergic of getting too involved with people he can't trust, so this is his stance on her.

"I want to get to know you better."
There's definitely a part of him that sort of wants to understand her better, somewhere deep down there.

"You confuse or frustrate me."
She confuses him a lot sometimes. One time she'd look at him like an enemy, but another time she'd change completely. It's like she's flip-flopping between two sides and it unsettles him.

"You seem useful."
All that considered, she can be useful, maybe.

"I would protect you."
He wants to see what else she has in store, so he'll try protecting her when it's necessary.

4/4

Mikan Tsumiki
Tsumiki's gone a long way from a sketchy nurse he doesn't want to mess with to a friend he values and trusts a whole lot. His first impression on her was this unreliable, crybaby, but also potentially dangerous chick because he was on high alert upon his arrival to Wonderland. But events happened and the more he got to know her, the more he realised what a gentle heart she has. Not that he thinks of it aloud, but he can sense that she's a kind person at heart who just wants to be of a help for others, whatever the motivation was.

His view on her began to morph a bit by a bit as it went, beginning with the dreamscape event, where he had a look of her past that bitterly reminded himself of his in some ways, thus starting the construction of the foundation of their current relationship: understanding. This particular thread of them especially cemented that further (or at least, his view on her), although the truth serum was at the works too. Instead of throwing empty trust to each other, they simply found that they could relate to each other, they can empathise with each other. It's exactly this Tsumiki thought: "Maybe it's because it was't instant forgiveness or constant reassurance, it was just... mutual suffering and mutual understanding." It's a special kind of bond that they can have because what they both have been through, as well as the events that fall into the right places at the right time.

With every encounter, the fonder he grows to be of her, and the more he feels like he can trust her. Even more so since he had heard her honest thoughts on him when she was with Komo (unintentional eavesdropping... plus her being genuinely happy around Komo is like plus plus a million cookie points). Right now, he's at the point where he cares very much about her that it's hovering towards a crush that he has yet to (or more like refuses to) realise it himself, but he's been so much softer on her, and has been trying to be a good friend to her by spending more time with her.

She's slowly but surely become a crucial presence in his life. His bond with her digs a lot deeper than he expects, that he can easily set all his self-consciousness towards her aside during important moments ー because she's a precious friend to him first before being his romantic interest. Being around her makes him at ease and strange as it sounds, he feels like he can be himself. He's comfortable enough to tease and make fun of her, and that's a huge progress for him personally!

1/3

Mikan Tsumiki
TRUST
STRENGTH
AFFECTION
DANGER
ALLIANCE

TRUST: His trust towards Mikan has shot up with the development of their friendship. He's already at the point he can genuinely think of her as a friend, and admit that (albeit shyly).

STRENGTH: He knows just how much physical strength Tsumiki has since he's experienced her trying to hold him back. If just from that alone, he'd probably rate her at like 5%. But the thing is, he's aware that she knows her things, medicine and such. She could kill people with it if she wants to. He doesn't think she ever would (at least not on her own will), but she's not one to look down on.

AFFECTION: He's definitely gotten a lot fonder of her than he did in the beginning. It's pretty telling when he no longer sees her crying as something annoying but rather something he's troubled with. He's not good at handling it when people cry at him in general, but he particularly doesn't want to see Tsumiki cry.

DANGER: With him accepting her as a friend, he no longer sees her as a threat, despite her abilities. But sometimes (just sometimes) he's aware that his judgment is easily swayed by bias, thus can be dangerous in the process. So there.

ALLIANCE: There's no probability for Mondo to ask Tsumiki to band with him in battling alliances as he doesn't want to endanger her in any way, but he'll protect her with all his might.

2/3

Mikan Tsumiki
( hover the hearts to view Mondo's thoughts )

"I would kill for you."
If Tsumiki's hurt/in danger and he's on an uncontrolled emotion, he might just do it.

"I would die for you."
He's not above sacrificing his life if that means keeping her safe.

"I have a crush on you."
He's unaware of it, but he does have a feeling that's (very) slowly growing into a crush towards Tsumiki.

"I'll always be on your side."
As much as he can, he'd like to be there for her.

"I know you have my back."
He knows that their friendship is mutual, where he's got her back, and she's got his.

"I need you or rely on you."
It's not something he actively thinks about, but her presence has become crucial to him.

"I'm grateful to you or I owe you."
He really treasures her as his valued friend, but also as someone who can share the same feeling, the same suffering, the same understanding.

"I would protect you."
He'd go as far as dying for her, so obviously.

"I would talk with you about important or personal things."
He hasn't gotten the chance to talk about what happened in the past, and he's still unsure about baring that part of him to her. Maybe when the right time comes.

"I consider you a friend."
It's not something he'd say aloud, but his actions probably display it clearer than his words ever would.

"You're fun to be around."
He loves spending time with Tsumiki, if him inviting her into things is any indication. Seeing her smile makes his heart soar.

"I want to get to know you better."
There are many things he's curious about but unable to ask about. On top of being an unskilled talker, he doesn't know how to approach things as friendship with a girl is something new to him. He's trying, though. He wants to know more, like the reason why she doesn't look so happy lately, more about her.

3/3

Chiaki Nanami
Mondo and Chiaki haven't interacted much, but their first interaction left quite an impression on him. She seemed really detached at first, without any sense of danger, and even seemed to be showing quite a bit of complacency. It blows Mondo's mind how indifferent she was, and yet she also stated her thoughts on certain things clearly, even disagreed with him firmly, as if what she thought was the fact.

For some reason, he felt that she gave some ominous vibes, somewhat like what Tweedledee and Tweddledum exuded, but rooted much deeper and closer. This, however, wasn't baseless. Unfortunately, neither Mondo nor Chiaki realise the reason just yet. And before that even happened, Chiaki was gone.

1/1

Minato Arisato
Arisato is a huge question mark for Mondo. He's pretty fond of the guy, but there are so many mysteries surrounding him that Mondo can't seem to figure out. Trust is pretty much the base of every relationship to Mondo, though, so as long as he hasn't gotten to know more of Arisato, he doesn't feel like they can get any closer than they already are. Not that it's a bad thing, because he's pretty comfortable with their stances right now. It'll just probably take longer than the others for them to develop a deeper bond.

1/3

Minato Arisato

TRUST: Arisato hasn't shown him much (if any) of his cards, it's hard for Mondo to trust him all that much.

STRENGTH: He doesn't know what Arisato is capable of, but putting his experiences and calm demeanour in consideration, he won't write out the possibility for Arisato to have some kind of powers.

AFFECTION: He's fond of him, and finds his cheeky side intriguing, but that's about it so far.

DANGER: He's pretty much on the fence about this. He doesn't really want to put it at 50:50, as he does like the guy to some extent, so that's where Arisato stands now.

ALLIANCE: He'd cooperate with Arisato if given the chance to, but will also be careful about it.

2/3

Makoto Niijima
They've only interacted once, but it was enough for her words to remain on Mondo's head. Niijima's presence is pretty big at the back of his mind considering their (lack of) time spent together, as he's always kept it in mind to warn newcomers the way she did for him, because it really helped. The warning on getting pets from closets particularly stuck out for him as it felt like she read his mind, but also something that he'd remember from now on, though he's already 'messed up' once.

1/1

Ryuji Sakamoto
Mondo's relationship with Sakamoto is arguably the slowest one to develop out of his others. The two of them bickered from the very first time they encountered each other, and it continued to even now. Ever since Sakamoto found out about what happened in Mondo's past, the teen had been trying hard to find out the truth to the incidents, to which Mondo persistently tried to dodge. Confrontations after confrontations happened, misunderstanding and frustration as well as doubt and obstinacy mixed within Mondo, which in result ended up making him hold his door even stronger from the blonde's attempts to get in. He didn't feel like he needed the help of Sakamoto, nor could he trust him.

The presence of Komo, however, seemed to be the answer to Mondo's strained relations. After helping bridge Mondo and Maizono, Komo also caught Sakamoto's attention and managed to bring the two just slightly closer from The Utmost Terrible to The Second Utmost Terrible relation as Sakamoto helped to take care of Komo from time to time. (Whoever is nice to Komo automatically gets many cookie points.) What ultimately really helped upgrade "bastard" to "Sakamoto", though, was the blonde's heroic act to save Komo from the grasp of Mondo's own Mirror. The plug that kept Mondo from feeling anything towards the blonde, even sympathy, was finally been lifted then, even if just slightly. Will their relation be any better from here on? Only time will tell.

AFFECTION: Affection what affection there's none! Those points are for being nice to Komo!!

DANGER: Well... he doesn't think Sakamoto will attempt to attack him for nothing, especially since this is a life he already saved, so.

ALLIANCE: Tch, if there's no other choice he'll team up... (He says that but he's not that reluctant.)

Jonathan Samuel Kent
Jon's the first friend Mondo made in Wonderland. He met many people around the mansion shortly after his arrival, but Jon's the only one he quickly and willingly considered as a friend. He didn't think twice when he invited Jon to join him to have a space in his workshop. The energy and positivity, also enthusiasm that almost always exudes out of Jon gives Mondo a ray of hope that he holds on tight, even now. Times he spends with Jon always feels like a breath of fresh air ー during those moments, he can forget where he actually is.

The relationship started off with Mondo feeling some sense of responsibility to take a good care of the boy as someone older, but as time passed and the more they got to know each other, the more Mondo realised that he had lots to catch up on with Jon and probably would never be able to even if it took his whole life. The boy isn't only much stronger than him physically, he is also a lot stronger mentally and has much wider perspective. There were many instances where he ended up being saved by Jon's powerful words and warmth, even when he initially meant to comfort him.

Though he doesn't feel like an older brother figure with how Jon has always been the one showing him the ropes, Mondo sees him like a sibling that he'll protect with his life.

Legion
Mondo's first impression on Legion was one of the worst. He wasn't ready to face something that's not human so early in the game. The next time they met, though, he had mellowed down a lot, and thanks to that, he managed to learn that Legion weren't just a set of robots as what he initially thought. Comradery was built over their fight against zombies during Mabeland, and with that he naturally grew accustomed to the way Legion did things, which helped him understand them a little better.

He isn't conscious of it, but he actually considers them as a friend, and cares quite a great deal about them. Honesty is the best policy, and Legion never seem to try to hide things behind Mondo, which earns a huge mileage of his trust.

TRUST: As weird as it is to put his trust on a machine, Mondo feels that there's more than that about Legion. Not to mention they make it easy for Mondo to trust them with their constant matter-of-fact statements.

STRENGTH: Mondo's seen first-hand that they're quite powerful, plus they had some scanning feature, it's pretty darned cool and he's sure it'll be useful for... things!

AFFECTION: It isn't hard to tell that he cares for Legion quite a lot. Once he knows them better, he realises that rather than being intentionally irritating, Legion's just pretty innocent, which can be endearing in a way.

DANGER: Unsure. He'd put Legion lower knowing their aversion to combat, but they're still legitimately strong and no one knows what can happen with them being programmed... still, he'd like to put his trust on him hence this gauge.

ALLIANCE: Heck yea, they made a pretty darned great team back then! He'd do it again, for sure.

Asgore Dreemurr
Yet another one that started off on one of the worst footing with Mondo. Most of his first encounters are horrible because he was so wary of everything, but meeting a giant goat monster definitely didn't do anything to calm his jimmies. As times passed, though, he learned more about Asgore as the man (goat) was willing to share a lot of his major cards with Mondo. Thanks to that, Mondo gained quite a great deal of sympathy towards Asgore, and they're pretty chill now, even if they're not exactly buddies.

TRUST: Mondo appreciates honesty, and he totally respects those who can share their painful past. Asgore did just that for him, and more than what he actually asked for. Though of course, it doesn't mean Mondo instantly hands over his trust to the goat man, but it's enough to make him not feel threatened by his presence.

STRENGTH: Just look at that bod. Holy shit. Even if he were to have no special powers, Mondo's sure Asgore can crush him easily.

AFFECTION: Rather than affection, what Mondo feels towards Asgore is more of an ability to relate, especially in regards to broken family relationships ー to some extent, anyway. The goat's been through a lot, much more than Mondo can ever imagine, and that definitely garners his sympathy.

DANGER: Haha. Danger. Very danger. Even if Mondo doesn't actually think Asgore will attack him, he still hasn't trusted him that much yet. So. Yeah.

ALLIANCE: He's on the fence about it. Definitely more on the reluctant side, but doesn't mean he won't cooperate if the situation calls for it.

Damian Wayne
When Mondo first met Damian, his impression wasn't much apart from him being a good friend of Jon and seeming like super smart kid. Neither of those turned out to be wrong, but it definitely was just a small portion of what encompassed Damian as a person, as a human being. He learned that the boy, despite not being as affectionate as Jon was, paid so much attention to detail, to people. He'd given Mondo so much strength without probably even meaning to, Mondo regained quite a bunch of his confidence from the acknowledgement of his skills. The fact that Damian is a very straightforward, factual kind of guy, made it clear that he didn't say it to cheer Mondo up or just to sugarcoat things.

When Damian allowed him into the Bat Cave, he learned that he was but a tiny speck of dust when it came to the overwhelmingly vast space that is Damian's mind power and his intelligence. But together with the sense of defeat, he also felt some kind of assurance that Damian acknowledged him despite the big gap between their skills. It just burned the fire within him even more after knowing that Damian doesn't possess some kind of superpower, he began to push himself to be more assertive and getting involved in things, basically just do what he could, like joining Shephard's defensive team.

They weren't particularly close, they didn't even meet up all that often, but when Damian left, Mondo realised just how big the boy's presence had become within him. He is, without a doubt, a friend who matters a lot to him.

TRUST: What can he say, he trusts Damian a whole lot. His no-nonsense bodes well with Mondo's respect towards honesty.

STRENGTH: After seeing all those technology Damian's handling? Damn. The boy can do anything. His mind strength is no joke.

AFFECTION: He doesn't show it much as Damian doesn't either, but he won't deny that he's very fond of the boy and cares for him.

DANGER: Nah, he believes that Damian won't endanger him, some inevitable situations aside.

ALLIANCE: Give him the cues, he'll do as told! Damian's probably one of the very few people Mondo'll willingly listen to. He believes in the boy's ability to strategise and plan things out.

Mabel and Dipper Pines
Mabel and Dipper came into Mondo's life at the same time and gave him so much Concern at first. Kids handling an eyeball like it's a natural thing... nothing weird about that, nope. The two of them were by no means rowdy, but their energy, speed, and their NO FEAR attitude really made him feel at lost of how to deal with them from time to time. They're like a sweeping gust of strong wind that just, blow your mind. Like boy howdy how did he become their bouncer even???

Mondo learned most of the lore bits of Wonderland and its tieup to the Residents from the handy guidebook they made and it impressed him just how they seem to take everything in a stride while delving into the depth of the mystery of this place despite the risks. He obviously is the exact opposite to them ー can't chill ー but he's slowly learning, thanks to them.

Them as individuals, however, can be a totally different experience altogether. Through the Mabeland event, Mondo managed to see a different side to both of them. For Dipper, Mondo knew that the boy cared for the sister all along, but he could finally see for himself just how much, and how deeply. The determination in keeping her safe left a huge impression on Mondo. Meanwhile, Mabel who usually is the more 'dominant' one of the two was a little more subdued, a little more thoughtful, and Mondo actually had some good time relaxing together with her (also pet date between Boris and Komo!).

It's always something new with the two of them. If he were to describe what it's like spending time with them, ironically enough, the colourful world of that particular event would pop up in his mind. Of course, not as saturated and blinding, but you get the idea.

TRUST: These kids may seem quirky but they only mean good things. They even provided guidebooks for the whole of Wonderland, c'mon! They are great children and Mondo will vouch for it.

STRENGTH: He's not sure if they have any superpowers but their mental strength is definitely something to commend.

AFFECTION: It's hard to keep up with them but Mondo doesn't dislike that at all.

DANGER: He sees no danger.

ALLIANCE: Rather than alliance, he'll protect them. He's their bouncer after all!

Papyrus
Papyrus is one jolly skeleton that Mondo holds in quite a high regard. Though he was incredibly thrown off at their first encounter, he learned that despite his outer look, Papyrus is just pretty much like him and any others in Wonderland. He has feelings, he's thoughtful and very positive, and he's kind to Komo (important!). What really sealed the deal for Mondo was when Papyrus told him about his brother, which gave Mondo an extra push to reconcile with Ishimaru. He's still thankful for that to this day.

Still, it doesn't mean that the wariness has dissolved. There are too many things about Papyrus that Mondo has yet to know, so he still has his guard up for the most part.

TRUST: Ambivalent. At this point Mondo has yet to know enough about Papyrus to be able to give more of his trust. He's not completely wary, but he's not letting his guards down either. Many, many points for giving good brotherhood lessons, though.

STRENGTH: Noooo idea. He doesn't know what Papyrus is capable of, which is the scary thing here. He's the King of Underground, there's no way he doesn't possess some kinda power. Having seen Asgore, Mondo can only put a high assumptions to be safe.

AFFECTION: The funny thing here is, while he doesn't trust Papyrus a whole lot yet, he's also kind of really fond of him? Papyrus's really nice, it's hard for Mondo to actually keep him at arm's length.

DANGER: See strength. Pretty much the usual case of humans being afraid of something that they don't know.

ALLIANCE: Teaming up with Papyrus is something he can most probably get behind. If asked, he'd say it's about 50:50, even if it's highly unlikely he'd decline working together with the skelly.

Mettaton
Mettaton is, well. A robot who thinks he's all that and acts like the whole world is in love with him. Mondo finds him incredibly creepy on top of being infuriating, and noted that he has a gross relationship with his Mirror. There isn't a single positive thing Mondo can say about him, even more now that he's found out that Tsumiki used to be in love with him. ...Not that he's jealous or anything! Not in a thousand years!!

Mettaton just seems to know which buttons to push to piss Mondo off in matters of seconds, and honestly, he feels that one day he'll probably punch the robot square in the face for real. (But can he?)

TRUST: Okay well, despite everything, Mettaton doesn't seem to be an entirely bad guy. As irritating as he can be, he seemed to be treating Tsumiki well. But Mondo still doesn't trust the wriggly robot much.

STRENGTH: He doesn't know what Mettaton's capable of apart from making people want to barf and yet he doesn't want to put the gauge too high because it's Mettaton and he's weirdly competitive against him ("plus he's annoying as fuck!!") so.

AFFECTION: "Are you fucking serious?!? None!!!"

DANGER: Oooh yeah he smells danger, and it can possibly be higher... the way that Mettaton's in such a good relationship with his Mirror bothers Mondo to no end. So much nope.

ALLIANCE: Can he not? Honestly he would rather not but ugh. Ugh. If it really really can't be helped, then...

Liv Moore
When he first saw Liv's network post, he wasn't expecting anything. He did want to learn something new about Wonderland, but he also knew that they wouldn't easily get much out of it. He went for it anyway, and decided that it was one of his best decisions here as he came back with more than he could ever ask for: a surprise friendship. They came from entirely different world, different culture, different everything ー and yet their bond seems to transcend all that. She's just so honest and straightforward it makes him feel like it's so easy to trust her, and it's one of the things he appreciates about her the most.

A huge portion of their relationship has been bursts of impulses and hunches that somehow worked right, they just point to her being a positive addition to his life. The fact that he cares so much for her, though, makes him a little worried about sharing his past. He's planning for it, though, because it just isn't fair for her after all she's shared with him.

When he thought back about it, he wasn't sure why he was relatively unfazed by the fact that she was a zombie. Probably because she was willing to share that with him, probably also because he'd already painted her in a good light after their first encounter. Whatever it was, their friendship had just gone up from there, and he could safely say that she's one of his closest ones here in Wonderland.

TRUST: Mondo puts a lot of trust on Liv, especially with how she's so willing to share her stories with him despite him not giving back the same just yet. It means a lot to him.

STRENGTH: Though he has yet to see how strong Liv can get, physical strength aside, she's got a tough mental strength. So he'll put it on high.

AFFECTION: Obviously, he's very fond of her and can get protective about her, especially ever since her coming out to the people of Wonderland that she's a zombie.

DANGER: As always, he does put a small amount of danger in terms of bias and whatnot, but he never thinks of it as a real threat.

ALLIANCE: Of course if he had the choice he wouldn't want her to be fighting, but he's there to aid her anytime if she ever goes on a battle mode. He doesn't really know much about that side of her yet, so he can only assume.

Ryoko Otonashi
More than those who seem different appearance-wise, Mondo finds Otonashi to be one of the most intriguing ones so far. It's increasingly so after he's learned more about Wonderland, and after he's met Otonashi's mirror. He initially just saw her as someone whose memories seemed to purge often and therefore needed to be looked out for, but now he wants to know if there's anything more about Otonashi that he needs to learn about. That said, he doesn't feel any particular threat from the real Otonashi as opposed to her mirror. At least, he wants to believe that the real her is harmless.

TRUST: The appearance of Otonashi's Mirror kind of sways Mondo's opinion on her, to be honest. It feels like there are many more things that he needs to find out about her, but he doesn't actually think she's a bad person either so... it's just mostly question marks.

STRENGTH: All he knows is that she's a Super High School Level Analyst, but there isn't much to be seen with her memory constantly purging. He isn't sure where to put the gauge at with this. What does an analyst do anyway?!

AFFECTION: Most of his feelings towards her is of worry about leaving her to her own device. She seems to be living fine for quite a long period here but... still, concerning. Without him realising, though, he's grown to care about her enough to be mad when her Mirror insults her.

DANGER: From Otonashi herself, the 'danger' he feels is the lack of knowledge he has on her. Had this been for her Mirror, though, it'll be much much higher.

ALLIANCE: He'll protect her whenever he can, he's sure she won't stand a chance in physical fights.

AFFECTION: No??? The only time he'll be fond of her if he loses his mind. Or maybe some wacko event.

DANGER: From what he's seen, though he isn't sure what she's capable of yet, he doesn't think that she'll hurt him. At least, he sees no advantage for her to that. Though, he's still gonna be very wary because... goddamn, she's villainous as heck.

ALLIANCE: Ha ha. Talk to his Mirror, maybe. (On a second thought, NO DON'T. FUCK.)

Peridot
Mondo's already used to seeing different kinds of individuals at the point he met Peridot, but to know that she's an actual gem is rather, well, hard to brain. Other non-humans are some kind of monster, robot, creatures he's seen in fictional works. While Peridot is just... you know, a gem. He doesn't really know what to make of it.

Puting that aside, though, she's generally pretty down to earth (ha ha) and pleasant enough to converse with, even if her cat isn't the friendliest, so his opinion on her is pretty positive. He especially appreciates her care for her friend as camaraderies are important to him, big cookie points there!

1/2

Jean Kirstein
The impression Mondo has on him is pretty good ー the guy who managed to survive through one of the deadliest events without superpower. He's definitely impressed by Kirstein, but hasn't learned enough to actually have an opinion on him as a person. His advice on learning firearms is something that Mondo keeps in mind, though.

1/2

Kanji Tatsumi
Tatsumi is one of the very few guys that Mondo almost instantly felt some kind of bond with. Birds of a feather flock together, or something to that effect, but there's something genuine and honest about the guy that drew Mondo to invite him to share a space on the workshop if he'd be interested to. Mondo respects him to have his hands on sewing ー embroideries are a huge deal for a bunch of delinquents in Japan ー but more than that, Tatsumi's just all-around chill guy that he hoped he had bonded more with before he left.

1/1

Kokichi Ouma
There isn't much (if any) good things about Ouma that Mondo can say. He sees the other's presence as a joke, and thinks the guy's a total tool who seems to enjoy spewing out bullshit. That's pretty much it so far, Mondo doesn't have much opinion on him beyond major dislike.

AFFECTION: Do you really think he'd have any form of affection towards Ouma...

DANGER: Well, Mondo'd hate looking down too much on people and have his leg tripped, so there.

ALLIANCE: Working together? Haha, don't joke with him.
